The fish selection is always so beautiful and fresh! I really like their fruit and deli-provider produce. They are fresh and taste so good. And I must admit, if it wasn't for their cashier system, I'd be buying from them more often. Perhaps it's time for a couple of self-serve machines to allow people with smaller baskets to get through without having to wait so long. I gave up buying anything twice. Once, I returned to my car as soon as I stepped into the shop as I saw that the line went all the way to the back of the shop and turned to end somewhere along that back wall. I wish I could cope with it, but time is a commodity that I very sparsely use for things such as grocery shopping.

Even though we bought a yearly delivery subscription, this service instead of improving gets worst. Since they changed to Uber is a complete disaster. Today (Saturday morning) I couldn't buy online as delivery only started on Monday at 1pm! Unacceptable. I still placed an order click and collect. Once I arrived there by 7:30pm there was only 1 cashier open who didn't know anything about click & collect. I asked to call a manager who was very impolite and sent me to the back door. I arrived to the back door (with 2 young kids) and there was no one there. Had to start shouting "hello hello" and waited approximately 10 mins until someone came. There are no instructions neither a sign saying it is at the back of the supermarket. There is no advantage at all of buying online at Harris Farm. Also, I recommend to chose no replacements as they substitute with products that are not the same or similar enough. Have been a weekly loyal client for over 10 years but seems I will start considering other options in the market.

Hey guys you really need to train the staff at the counter, i get overcharged every single time. Mostly fruit and veggies from outside are scanned as normal (not imperfect) and charged full price, also some promotions even if expired are still showing the lowered price under the product. It's good that you hire younger crew but make sure you train them properly.Thanks

Such a shame I love Harris Farm Manly and it’s my go to every week for my fresh fruit and veg and the seafood next door. Everything is great except for the checkout queues. I thought I would try the home delivery service for added convenience whilst working, but it was nothing short of a disaster. The first attempt the delivery ran 4 hours late and cost me $300 to have my cleaners wait for the delivery whilst I was at work. I was assured by head office “we are committed to ensuring this does not become a typical experience for our valued customers” and offered a measly $6 off the next delivery fee. Although hesitant I thought I’d give them another chance and booked again however this time was worse, the delivery ran 8.5 hours late, no communication or updates. I booked for 10.30am, the order finally arrived 6.50pm after several phone calls to answering machines or phone ringing out, full answering machines and unanswered emails. A week later I still have not had any response, No apologies. Very disappointing I won’t be ordering the delivery service again PS I did email as requested and no-one ever contacted me

I Like shopping at Harris Farm but I wish they would update there prices at the till. For example Chicken legs on special but charge higher price on label. Fruit and Vegetables always different in prices. Sometimes they scan same item twice by mistake. Tiramisu was on special but not discounted at till. Just a few To be positive, Im glad they are organising there cold areas a lot better now. Products do seem a lot colder now. I now check every docket, and roughly 40%-50% of the time,there is a error. They must be making a fortune selling nothing......
